There are lots of ways to use TFS, some good, some bad. It is always a blessing when a set of best practices comes forth. CodePlex contains a best practices guide for team development. One of the best areas for me was Source Control. Especially in the area of managing and structuring projects and solutions in TFS. I believe that every company should have a policy built around Source Code Control and how to structure folders to optimize build processes, code reuse and reduction of headaches when it comes to managing source code.
Every developer should know the tools that they are working with. If you work with TFS, how well do you know it?
